This session will build on the presentation from November 2020, working through a case study to show participants how to use decision algorithms, assessment of awareness and levels of risk to develop a care plan to support people living in long term care. Kelly and Kim will also demonstrate how various tools can be used by LTCH staff to respond to a situation in real time, as well as to assess residents’ ability to consent to intimate relationships. Tools used in this presentation will be released for public use on the South East Knowledge Exchange Network website (supported by brainXchange) after the webinar.
