brainXchange Advisory
The brainXchange Advisory provides guidance and stewardship to brainXchange through the collective contributions of leaders, people with living/lived experience, and experts in the fields of research, education, clinical practice, and knowledge translation related to dementia, as well as age-related mental health and neurological conditions and meets twice a year. Additionally, Advisory members have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with like-minded leaders from across Canada and from diverse sectors regarding knowledge exchange innovations to enhance the quality of life of older adults.

Behavioural Supports Integrated Teams
Following the development of the Critical Elements and Guiding Checklist: Supporting Successful and Sustainable Transitions into Long-Term Care for Older Adults with Responsive Behaviours/Personal Expressions, the primary purpose of the BSIT collaborative was the creation, and subsequent updating, review, and implementation support of the My Transitional Care Plan© (MTCP). Since its launch in 2023, the MTCP has moved into a five-year review cycle, with the next full review scheduled for 2027.
