Invitation to Complete a Survey about Understanding Supports Needed for People with Dementia

The Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging is inviting people living with dementia, care partners, researchers, and health- and social-care providers to complete a survey on community-based dementia supports and initiatives. The findings will help identify unmet needs, support researchers and the Public Health Agency of Canada’s understanding of current priorities, and inform future research and funding opportunities.

This survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and is available in both English and French.

This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board REB# (48399).
