PSW Approach to Quality Care
The Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto is thrilled to announce the PSW Approach to Quality Care - an online quality improvement (QI) training program for Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and like-minded caregivers providing home care in Ontario.

www.pswquality.com  is a free, mobile compatible training course that gives PSWs and other homecare workers a common language and approach to improve the quality of care to their clients and help to transform the Ontario health care system.

Learners who finish all four modules (15 minutes each) are able to print a certificate of completion from IHPME at the University of Toronto.
