Hi Lynda,

I know that a PRC colleague of mine has had great success with the Intimacy and Sexuality in Long-Term Care - A guide to practice: resource tools for assessment and documentation, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Long-Term Care Working Group

There are additional appendices that are associated with this guide, which can also be found in the Intamancy and Sexuality section of the brainXchange's resource bank.
