Learning the Ropes Foundations
Take charge of your brain health: A free, self-paced, interactive webinar for older adults with mild cognitive impairment, available in English and French

Learning the Ropes Foundations is a free, interactive webinar that provides information about the symptoms of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and communicates 3 key teachings from the Learning the Ropes for Living with MCI® program. This resource is now available in English and in French.
The 45-minute webinar provides education, training, and resources to show older adults how to adopt practical habits aimed at promoting their brain health and wellness. It was designed by an expert team of healthcare professionals from Baycrest and partner organizations, with decades of experience working with individuals with MCI and their families. The webinar is self-paced, and it is aimed at people who are experiencing MCI and those closest to them.
