Event Date: Nov 10, 2026

Older adults, caregivers, and healthcare teams often face situations where there is no single right answer and no clear path forward. Drawing on experiences from community geriatric psychiatry, this presentation will explore what makes situations complex, how competing needs and perspectives influence decision-making, and practical approaches for navigating uncertainty. Participants will gain a framework for understanding complexity, fostering collaboration, and identifying meaningful next steps when solutions are not straightforward.
