We introduce evidence-informed communication tips for family members of persons with Alzheimer's Disease. These evidence-informed suggestions are based on Dr. Jeff Small and Dr. Jo Ann Perry's article: Training family care partners to communicate effectively with persons with Alzheimer's disease: The TRACED program, which will be discussed in this presentation.
