Due to the increasing prevalence of dementia and the role clinicians play in direct care, there is a need to be proactive to support those accessing care. Nurses and other clinical professionals seek out ways to meet the needs of people living with dementia and to enhance everyday practice. Our goals should be to share knowledge, raise awareness, and continue providing care with enhanced skills and support. This webinar will explore the relationship between collaboration, knowledge exchange and dementia awareness as well as practical “tips” and resources for enhancing dementia care.

This will be a participatory webinar so please come ready to share your ideas and experiences with others!
