Do you know someone who excels in using empathetic language and respectful communication practices? Nominate them for our third annual Person-Centred Language Award!

In partnership with Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) and with support from the Ontario Long-Term Care Association (OLTCA), we’re excited to recognize the extraordinary efforts of champions who are dedicated to creating supportive and life-affirming environments for residents, family care partners and team members.

Through their passion and commitment, person-centred language champions help foster an environment of compassion, dignity and respect.
