The Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging's (CCNA) Knowledge Translation and Exchange program is offering a series of integrated webinar events over the next year. In partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Canada and hosted by brainXchange, the goal of this series is to translate existing and new knowledge from the CCNA into improved care policies, practices, procedures, products, and services by meeting the specific needs of individuals with neurodegenerative diseases and their care partners.
