The purpose of the G8 Dementia Summit was to shape an international response to dementia, including an effort to build upon existing research collaboration, acknowledgment of the serious socio-economic impact of dementia and the need to solicit and strengthen efforts to promote innovation and global investment.  Learn what happened at the summit, outcomes and next steps, including the implications for Canada and the Alzheimer Society.  Mimi will also be reviewing the Declarations and Commitments of the G8 Ministers of Health.
