Behavioural Supports Ontario
The Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) initiative was created to enhance health care services for older adults in Ontario with or at risk of responsive behaviours/personal expressions associated with dementia, mental health, substance use and/or other neurological conditions. The initiative also provides enhanced family care partner support in the community, in long-term care or wherever the individual and/or care partner(s) reside.

Supports learning collaboratives in South East Ontario by facilitating quick and easy access to the best knowledge for continuous quality improvement.
Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA) and Alzheimer Society of Canada Knowledge Translation and Exchange Program
In partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Canada and hosted by brainXchange, the goal of this series is to translate existing and new knowledge from the CCNA into improved care policies, practices, procedures, products, and services by meeting the specific needs of individuals with neurodegenerative diseases and their care partners.
